Excellent simple step by step awareness raising training which should be promoted by experienced volunteers. This is part of everyday health and wellbeing living. I am in the process of promoting these basic but invaluable information which needs to be spread across the globe. Keep up the good work.

I am really enjoying the way these concepts are packaged. I love the graphics and humour as they make the learning process really enjoyable. The links to academic articles make the discovery of impacts and outcomes more substantial.
